Bad customer service

Very bad customer service, when you call their call centre they do not pick up , email Debbie patter the manager is also pointless because she doesn’t not respond to emails, I’ve been waiting for my order 500733554580 for more than 4 weeks now and it’s been stagnant in Johannesburg South Africa, would not recommend
