Total MESS UP by DPEX

My parcel from India has been picked up by DPEX on 10th August and not yet delivered to the destination. The fun part is that DPEX India is asking the receiver where is the parcel, instead of working with their local agent at delivery destination. Online tracking shows the parcel is still not arrived destination. I have been chasing them for last 24 hours but seems no one is aware where exactly is the parcel. Terrible services, AVOID DPEX!!!
