Most shocking service ever. I have been waiting for my refund since the 5th November 2020. All that I'm getting is that they have a technical error and their technicians are handling it. Everytime I call in, I get the same response!

DPO (whatever that stands for) is not a bad business/company. It allows South Africans to pay for services via PayGate & PayFast, both of which I've used frequently without any issues. HOWEVER: I've recently complained about Musebeauty.co.za in Windermere Rd Durban accepting a PayGate payment from me, yet not delivered the order, and no way of contacting the owner directly. Sooo: I decided to file a complaint with DPO and see if they can assist me in getting a refund from Musebeauty. There's only one contact number for DPO. When I phoned and chose "Support", the lady persisted that I send an email. When I asked what the process will be, she put me on hold to get the answer. When I asked who the CEO of DPO is, she put me on hold to get the answer. When I asked if I could speak to him, she....yes, you guessed it, put me on HOLD. She then returned to say she spoke to the Cape Town receptionist and Peter Harvey is in a "meeting'. But of course he is. So this is DPO's SUPPORT. A lady that seems to only get paid to say you NEED TO SEND DPO AN EMAIL. She knows very little else. Good ol' South Africa.
