Terrible service by Stuart Dube, being sent on the run around and wanting have some kind of power over you all the time instead of being service orientated something wrong here. 0/5 for customer service.

Over a week and the order that is supposed to be out on delivery just never arrives. Whatever shows in their system seems to be fictional and does not relate to reality. There seems to be a complete breakdown in processes and no-one knows what is going on and where the order is. Shein please find a different delivery provider this one is just horrible.

I emailed Purchase Card <purchasecard@absa.co.za> as instructed by the branch to resolve an issue with a pin lock after a re-issued card did not arrive with the pin of the original card. I asked for assistance with the pin but instead Ambani Nemudzivhadi issued a new card. I'm going to have the exact same issue again. He is not reading the email properly and /or not communicating clearly.
Ticket was closed without resolving any part of the issue and no attempt whatsoever to contact the customer as indicated on the ticket.
DSTV does not get back to me as to why they are unable to link ShowMax to my account or activate a 12 month subscription on my account. The 12 month subscription was requested 9 months ago - NO FEEDBACK The Showmax link was requested a week ago - NO FEEDBACK
There seems to be a lot of **** reviews for this company when short generic non-specific statements. In my own experience I am waiting for an updated insurance policy for our complex which is alleged to be in existences but when asking Lea to provide such insurance policy the result is complete silence.
