Lack of service from DPSA in Pimvile next to Kliptown

I arrived at DPSA in Pimvile with my dog at 14:15. We were told by a gentleman with a dirty notebook that the Professional staff went for lunch. The time is now 15:20 and we have not been resisted. The lines are accumulating and people who came after us are being placed before us by the gentleman with a dirty notebook
