I regularly shop at Sunshine, but today a cashier named Mokwebo Mueletshedzi treated me disrespectfully. She flatly refused to assist me in putting my groceries in plastic bags. She informed me that her shift had ended. She called a female security guard to gang up against me. I have never seen such a high level of disrespect.
I waited for almost two hours before I got assistance. My ticket was issued at 12:55. I am not sure if that place has a manager who ensures good customer service. I left and came back but still no assistance
We booked a cruise through Travel Lane. Ivonne was very efficient throughout but she spoiled everything through an invoice error that we used when booking for a flight. She said that our arrival date was 12 March instead of 11 March. That mistake was R500,00. She changed flights for us and demanded that we pay an extra R500,00. She never even bothered to apologize for her mistake.. Why did she charge us a booking fee for her mistake?
Paid for my purchase, it went through. Before I receive a till slip the system went down. I waited for almost an hour for a note from the manager, Ms Cynthia. I just wanted note to say that the ttransaction went through. She kept on telling other people to assist me. I am very angry and disappointed
Useless at its worst. I have been calling the 180 number since yesterday and I am not getting any joy. Telkom call center agencies don't even have decency to call back after holding for over an hour. I was cut off while speaking to Vuyikazi. I called back and spoke to Azola who is not a good listener i tried to explain to her that the actions that she wants me to perform i have already done it, none the the less she insisted and we were also cut off. Telkom is really failing me I am unable to work. Does Telkom even s**** these call center agencies do they know what they are doing? I am without coverage now for a week. When I try to connect to Telkom R and Telkom SA I get a message that sim card does not allow a connection to this network...So where must I connect? I arrived at DPSA in Pimvile with my dog at 14:15. We were told by a gentleman with a dirty notebook that the Professional staff went for lunch. The time is now 15:20 and we have not been resisted. The lines are accumulating and people who came after us are being placed before us by the gentleman with a dirty notebook
I booked my car for the 60 000 service at Jeep Constantia Kloof. On the day of service I was told that I must pay R9 000,00 because my motor plan expired in October 2018. I perplexed because I did not have accurate dates but I had to do something. I did what the staff of Jeep Constantia should have done before the date of service. I called Jeep Client service and they requested for the Vin number and informed that my vehicle was still under service plan. I had to stop doing my day work and called, this is not fair. That was the worst service ever.

I am female driver who has been a loyal King Price customer since 2015. I am so desperate for assistance and i am not getting a service from King Price. I logged a call at about 10:45 pm and my reference number is 88757 and was asdisted by Sizwe. I needed road side assistance. The time is now 01:50 and im still waiting, i am so fustrated.
