PDSA Pimville Clinic

The lady at the Pimville PDSA Clinic could do with some people etiquette and respect. We brought in a 6 yr old Labrador who had a wound and upon inspection she said to send the dog to the PDSA Hospital in Mofolo where they would examine it further and cut out that wounded area to rule out cancer. So we ask for clarity if we heard her say cancer, she responded in a rude and demeaning manner saying she didn't say that. She didn't even let us finish what we wanted to ask and screamed let me finish. Although this is an "affordable" service, this does not mean we should be treated in a manner less than and accept disrespect for the sake of our pets being assisted. We had to pay for nothing really...we are there to educate ourselves to take better care of our pets, but having someone like this at the front desk belittling and undermining people is uncalled for. How do you serve the community with such a bad attitude as if you are doing us a favour...a favour that we pay for
