Lousy receptionist

When I first started going to dr Naidoo he was brilliant. But come the third time onwards, I’ve noticed a significant change in attitude that’s become more dismissive and less willing to pay attention to detail. The receptionist is utterly inconsiderate. I had to take time off work (this directly affects my pay) as she said the last patient they can take is at 5:30. I arrived 5:20, the door was locked and she eventually waltzed over, evidentially annoyed that I was there, opened the door and was so abrupt and tactless saying that “yes well, doctor has had to go to the hospital for an emergency call”. Her attitude reeked of “your problem not mine, deal with it”. I understand this can happen, but the lack of regard, I know there are no appointments but that you can’t even spare an ounce of professionalism. On top of that, it is now the second time that I will receive a notification of an outstanding payment that has already been paid!!!!
