Lousy receptionist
When I first started going to dr Naidoo he was brilliant. But come the third time onwards, I’ve noticed a significant change in attitude that’s become more dismissive and less willing to pay attention to detail. The receptionist is utterly inconsiderate. I had to take time off work (this directly affects my pay) as she said the last patient they can take is at 5:30. I arrived 5:20, the door was locked and she eventually waltzed over, evidentially annoyed that I was there, opened the door and was so abrupt and tactless saying that “yes well, doctor has had to go to the hospital for an emergency call”. Her attitude reeked of “your problem not mine, deal with it”. I understand this can happen, but the lack of regard, I know there are no appointments but that you can’t even spare an ounce of professionalism. On top of that, it is now the second time that I will receive a notification of an outstanding payment that has already been paid!!!!

Rude and uninterested receptionist!
It is extremely unpleasant visiting this doctors surgery as the girl at reception is very unhelpful and VERY rude which is not the kind of behavior you'd expect to receive at a place you go to when NOT WELL because quiet frankly me visiting this surgery at Orient Park today just made me feel even more miserable and I honestly would never recommend a sick person going there because trust me that girl sitting at the front doesn't even bother greeting smiling or anything so from personal experience I would definitely once again NOT RECOMMEND visiting this surgery for the sole purpose of the way staff treat you as not just a customer supporting the business but also a PATIENT !!! So the way she carries herself when you visit is beyond me and I am already the 4th person in my family to already have a problem with her attitude behavior and the manner in which she speaks . This local business can be sure to have lost a lot of business within our community as I will spread the word.! Also I think that in these trying times community members need to be assisting each other especially when it comes to local businesses assisting the community where ever they can as their business is based on the members of the community who come in and take up their services , however me along with the other 3 members of my family who have had similar encounters with this business got no assistance.

Dr AK Naidoo - No assistance to patients
<p>I had been to this doctor as my usual doctor was out of town. Firstly he doesnt accept my medical aid and I had to pay cash of R 250.00 which I did. I obtained a receipt and proceeded to claim back from my medical aid. My claim requires a statement / invoice along with the receipt to be paid back to me. I called in asking for an invoice to which the first response was that he doesnt do invoices for any of the patients. The secong time I called back I was told by his receptionist that he claimed to be too busy and would have it ready in 2 or 3 weeks. This is the first time I have come across a doctor who has no time to assist. As long as the cash is paid he doesnt seem to care. This doctor is in Orient Hills, Isipingo.</p>
