OUTsurance pestering non customers
Constantly calling me then sending me messages stating I requested a quote. I have not requested anything nor did I contact them. Just this morning there are 9 calls. This is ridiculous.

Triple D's Street Food Has No Service Delivery
Delivery takes extremely long, the previous times took more than an hour, this time 1 hour & 50 minutes. The food was so bad that I could not eat it. Only rated 1 star because zero isn't an option. Complained on their WhatsApp and they ignored it. I used to enjoy food here but not anymore. I will not be ordering from here again.

Fnb is a nightmare for credit facilities
The only reason I've used 1 star is because there's no minus. Absolutely pathetic service. If you are retrenched this bank treats you like you're dirt because they no longer making money off you. I'm paying for my credit card and they have given me endless problems from the beginning. Instead of trying to help they backed me into a corner. Blocking my card so I can't pay cash into it. I must run around trying to find out what's going on. I don't even want to talk to the staff from there because they are so unprofessional it's like they're trained to be ****ty. Just to stop the debit order on my personal loan once the insurance activated was practically impossible. They still debited me after saying they won't. People think twice before banking here, it's really not worth it. They are a nightmare.

Dr AK Naidoo - No assistance to patients
<p>I had been to this doctor as my usual doctor was out of town. Firstly he doesnt accept my medical aid and I had to pay cash of R 250.00 which I did. I obtained a receipt and proceeded to claim back from my medical aid. My claim requires a statement / invoice along with the receipt to be paid back to me. I called in asking for an invoice to which the first response was that he doesnt do invoices for any of the patients. The secong time I called back I was told by his receptionist that he claimed to be too busy and would have it ready in 2 or 3 weeks. This is the first time I have come across a doctor who has no time to assist. As long as the cash is paid he doesnt seem to care. This doctor is in Orient Hills, Isipingo.</p>

Groovy Balls Misleads Potential Visitors
My boyfriend had booked activities for us at the park. Firstly the drive to the park is terrible and you are not forewarned about it. You would have to use a 4x4 or suv to drive there. When we got there no one attended to us. We got out of the van and started walking around to find the reception. We then realized there is no proper reception. Further to our observations we realized that items i.e. sumo suits were not very hygienic, a family was using it before us and it was to be given to us directly after that. The Zorbing balls were extremely dirty and are let go over a hill and are stopped by concrete pillars at the bottom which is completely unsafe as you come down at a speed. I wanted to cancel the target practice booked and do that until we saw the way it stops.The 'picnic' area is just 2 benches. Eventually we left as we did not like the place at all. It is completely run down unlike what is shown online. We paid a 50% deposit to secure our booking and when we left, no one bothered to call us to enquire at all. They just kept the money.This place is completely misleading and I will never go back. People should be warned of such places
