Groovy Balls Misleads Potential Visitors

My boyfriend had booked activities for us at the park. Firstly the drive to the park is terrible and you are not forewarned about it. You would have to use a 4x4 or suv to drive there. When we got there no one attended to us. We got out of the van and started walking around to find the reception. We then realized there is no proper reception. Further to our observations we realized that items i.e. sumo suits were not very hygienic, a family was using it before us and it was to be given to us directly after that. The Zorbing balls were extremely dirty and are let go over a hill and are stopped by concrete pillars at the bottom which is completely unsafe as you come down at a speed. I wanted to cancel the target practice booked and do that until we saw the way it stops.The 'picnic' area is just 2 benches. Eventually we left as we did not like the place at all. It is completely run down unlike what is shown online. We paid a 50% deposit to secure our booking and when we left, no one bothered to call us to enquire at all. They just kept the money.This place is completely misleading and I will never go back. People should be warned of such places
