Unwilling to help

2 Months ago I had a dentist appointment where I was told she could not remove my tooth due to the fact that it was on a sensitive spot. She referred me to someone else where this doctor did not have any openings. Due to the extreme pain i'm having I phoned them and asked if it would be possible to phone this doctor can make my appointment sooner where I was told they can't. The pain was so bad today with a swollen cheeck and I'm struggeling to talk due to the extreme pain i'm having, I phoned them today again asking if it would be possible just to inject the tooth to stop the pain again I got no sorry, even when I asked about a emergency opening I was told no sorry. This is unexceptable that a medical practise shows away clients.
