they are incosidered of people who is placed in a situation where they cant pay their debt. I asked for a settlement offer on my woolworths account. kindly note the limit I had on the was only R1700. They said I can seattle for R1054. I paid R542 over but could not get money together to pay the other R542. Now they want R1500 from me and I said I dont have it now they are harassing me with a summons against my property (which I dont have anything) This Mr Tertius pillay recons he does not have to give me dissount and he wants the full AMOUNT. so september it was R1054 I paid R542 = R542 now they want R1500!! They would rather get a summons and get no movable or immovable property and goes home with R0. then to help a person with a AMOUNT to pay and settle a account
They are rude towards woman. Every time I go in they "can't" help me but they help my husband who regulary goes there. they can see on the system that we are regular customers They raise their voice towards me even though the other cashier told him that we usually gets R200 for it. He just pushes my id and my orbital and says sorry no and walk away. They are rude towards me and this is the second time this happens.

I went to Spar Nina Park Pretoria North. I gave the cashier 1 x R50 2 x R20 notes the amount owed was R77.90 I then said wait I have change. I gave her the R7.90. She took it and put it into the register without giving me back the 1 x R20. She said according to her she does not owe me the R20. management looked at the footage where you can't even see the notes correctly stating there where only one R20 note insinuating that I'm lying. they do not want to check the register. I told them if they count the register there will be R20 extra in it. That R20 is my food on my table. and they can just lie again tomorrow stating there were no R20 extra. I want my money back!
Corrie Nicholenas went to Brackenfell Traffic dept and tried to do a change of ownership of our car without our consent, The car was reported as stolen and she tried to put the car in the persons name who has our stolen car and is refusing to give it back, she used old invalid papers. When we confronted them they refused to tell us who asked them to do it She (Suzette) threatened us with " our calls are recorded" which is illegal as they did not have our consent for the actions in anycase They are arrogant and covering for the person who gave them this false papers She did this with full acknowledgement that it is illegal as she did not have our consent (legal owners of the car) to try and do this change of ownership, she also went in and gathered info about our car which was done without our consent She is covering her deeds even though we have all the documentation we received from the department of Transport showing she did it She ignored the call from the department of transport demanding she inform us who asked her to do this deeds THIS DEEDS IS RELATED TO FRAUD ACTIONS OF WHICH WE REPORTED TO THE POLICE AND OPENED A CASE AGAINST THIS BUSINESS her unwillingness to co -operate with us (the legal owners of the car) speaks widely of their corrupt manner they work. We have proof of all these actions they did.
Agent refuses to sent us the check list of all the faults on a rented house. When you phone the office nobone are willing to help you
<p>Checkers in PTA North is the rudest , laziest and racist Checkers I have ever seen, this is the 3rd encounter I have had with them and will not shop there again.</p> <p> </p> <p>Today I went to the moneymarket counter to receive money which was sent to me. I went and stood where the line normally is. the 2 casher ladies was talking to each other so I stood waiting a man came and stand behind me and then walked to the counter started speaking in his language to the cashier and she helped him, I went forward and told the ladies I have been standing there for quite some time waiting and this guy just went infront of me and was helped. They did not do anything about it, The one lady said what do you want here I said I have to collect money, she said then just go to that counter pointing instore in a rude manner. I told her i'm going to the manager next where she quickly went to him and told him some story I went to him and explained and his reaction was. Well I can't do anything about it now!!!! Yes you can!!! The service is so poor in that store you need to pack your own bags as the cashiers is so lazy. A month ago I gave the cashier R200 she rang it up as R100. They had to check the cctv camaras and gave me back my R100. 3 months ago when I had to collect money the cashier told me she doesn't have any cash I must stand and wait maybe someone will buy cash then I can get the money. Excuse me evey casher gets a float before they open their till.</p> <p> </p> <p>All that cashers including management are lazy and unhelpfull not knowing what they are doing!! </p>
<p>It has been 6 months allready and TELKOM still have not updated my new address, last month I wrote on Hellopeter of which I received a response saying that from this month on my new address will reflect on my account, I received my account today and it still shows my old address on it!!! I am sick and tired of the service i'm receiving from this Pathetic Telkom. When you phone the call centre they keep on saying they are correcting the fault but when I get my statement it still shows the old address. I want to speak to a manager to sort this out or a direct number because according to the call centre Telkom does not have managers </p>
<p>I phoned Telkom since December 2016 to change my address from my old address to my new address, every month I phone and they tell me it's been changed then when I get my invoice it is again my old address then I need to phone again same story every time, now the agent told me today that there was a case opened as they could not locate my address in December of which they did not even inform me off earlier. I need my Telkom account to register my son for Grade 1 next week and still they can not provide me with a telkom account with my correct address on, The agent only tells me they can not do anything about it, when I asked to speak to a manager I was informed that the manager is busy. When I asked who else can I phone there is told no one!!! I have endless problems with Telkom and not once do I get proper service from them. This fault is not my fault as I phoned them every month since December to update my address.</p>
<p>IT HAS BEEN 2 WEEKS SINCE I REPORTED MY LINE BEING DEAD EVERY DAY I PHONE TELKOM OVER AND OVER AGAIN. ALL THEY SAY IS THE TECHNICIAN IS ON HIS WAY. HE NEVER COMES. MY CELLPHONE BILL IS THROUGH THE ROOF. TELKOM RECONS THEY DO NOT HAVE ANY MANAGERS TO HELP THEY ALSO DO NOT HAVE A HEAD OFFICE I CAN PHONE. ON HELLOPETER I KEEP ON GETTING RESPONSES SAYING HOW SORRY THEY ARE AND THAT THEY WILL ATTEND TO THE PROBLEM THEY NEVER DO!!!!!! I WANT A TECHNICIAN TO COME SORT OUT MY LINE!!!!!!!! THEY KEEP ON SENDING SMS'ES STATING THE PROBLEM HAS BEEN RESOLVED BUT MY LINE IS STILL DEAD WITH NO DAILING TONE!!!! TELKOM IS THE WORST SERVICE PROVIDER !!!!!</p>
