Poor aftercare and communication.
I had my breast augmentation done by Dr. Deon Weyers, and while I understand that every surgery carries some risk and that results can vary, my experience has been extremely disappointing especially when it comes to aftercare and communication. The only reason I had follow-up appointments between September 2024 and January 2025 was because one of my stitches opened, and they needed to monitor it until it closed. Once that issue was resolved, there were no further checkups or follow-up contact from the practice. My right breast has still not settled or dropped as I was told it would, even after consistent massage. I had also discussed the possibility of a revision surgery with Dr. Weyers, but after my wound healed, his staff kept promising to get back to me about it and then stopped responding completely. To make matters worse, I never received my implant card or documentation confirming the type and serial number of implants used something every patient should receive for their records and safety. For such a major and costly procedure, I expected professionalism, follow-through, and proper aftercare. Instead, I was left feeling dismissed and unsupported once my immediate healing issue was over.

Rhinoplasty
I had a rhinoplasty done by Dr Deon last year. The whole process was absolutely amazing! I was given all the help and information needed, as well as reassurance. He did an amazing job, I am so happy with my results! I recommend him 100%.

Rhinoplasty
I had a rhinoplasty done by Dr Deon last year. The whole process was absolutely amazing! I was given all the help and information needed, as well as reassurance. He did an amazing job, I am so happy with my results! I recommend him 100%.

The One and Only Surgeon , Worth the Wait!
I had the "Mommy Makeover" which is the Full Monty! Liposuction , Breast Augmentation , Full Tummy Tuck and Rejuvion of my neck. Dr. Weyers is an incredibly talented surgeon and his work is impeccable. My friends are all amazed at how little bruising I had considering all that was done. His support team and the after care team are angels and are always available to assist. His diary is incredibly full, and I recommend you call early to ensure you get an appointment for the month that suits you, and believe me every moment and every week that you have to wait is worth the amazing results. I am incredibly happy with my results and I know that as my recovery progresses they are going to look event better. Full and final results will only reveal themselves at 6 months... at 7 weeks I am over the moon so cannot wait to see what 6 months will look like .

Faultless in every way
I actually came here to see what reviews he had as I wanted to add my "5* everything I had hoped for and more" review. I am 3mnths out from a BA with him and i am even trying to send people from the UK to him. I cannot fault him, his character, his staff or his resukts in any way. I had a HORRIBLE consultation with another PS 12mnths previous, but Deon was incredible, positive, much better value and he under-promised and over-delivered in every way. Use this practice :)

I was meant to have a joint operation with Dr Weyers and another Dr, Dr Weyers missed 3 scheduled operation dates set up with the other doctor because his practice manager would not get back to me on email or phone. The only time I received a response was the minute I asked for a refund, so transparent. Dr Weyers offices don't care about patients, or respect the time of other doctors. What an absolute waste of money and time.

<p>I recently travelled to Johannesburg and was to reffered to Dr Weyers. I found the experince very relaxing and Dr Weyers very informative. We decided that the best treatment for me was botox, having reviewed all the other possible treatments. This was something I felt comfortable with and I am very happy with the results. I did have diffculty finding the practice. </p>
