they said they'd deliver from 8:00 am to 10:30 am. I took off work and was at home waiting till 12 PM. I tried to call 3 times and got no answer or call back. They are very unprofessional and unreliable. Discovery needs to find a new courier service.
I had my breast augmentation done by Dr. Deon Weyers, and while I understand that every surgery carries some risk and that results can vary, my experience has been extremely disappointing especially when it comes to aftercare and communication. The only reason I had follow-up appointments between September 2024 and January 2025 was because one of my stitches opened, and they needed to monitor it until it closed. Once that issue was resolved, there were no further checkups or follow-up contact from the practice. My right breast has still not settled or dropped as I was told it would, even after consistent massage. I had also discussed the possibility of a revision surgery with Dr. Weyers, but after my wound healed, his staff kept promising to get back to me about it and then stopped responding completely. To make matters worse, I never received my implant card or documentation confirming the type and serial number of implants used something every patient should receive for their records and safety. For such a major and costly procedure, I expected professionalism, follow-through, and proper aftercare. Instead, I was left feeling dismissed and unsupported once my immediate healing issue was over.
I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I have received regarding a flight booking made with FlySafair. On 14/04/2025 I booked a flight through your website. The payment for this booking was successfully deducted from my standard bank account. However, your system indicates that the payment is still outstanding, and my booking remains unconfirmed. I have made multiple attempts to resolve this issue, but my experience has been utterly unacceptable. I attempted to contact your customer service department by telephone on two separate phones. Both times, the numbers were unresponsive and I was unable to connect. I then resorted to contacting your support team via WhatsApp. After waiting for over an hour, I was finally connected to an agent named Rochel Rossouw. Ms. Rossouw failed to provide any assistance and abruptly ended the chat without resolving my issue. I have paid for a service that I have not received, and I am unable to obtain any support or clarification from your company.
I recently placed an online order with Makro for a standing mirror, which unfortunately arrived shattered upon delivery. I contacted Makro customer service immediately, and they instructed me to also log a return request through the app, assuring me that the issue would be resolved. However, two weeks have passed since then, and I have yet to receive any updates or communication from Makro regarding the exchange of my damaged mirror. I have even followed up with two separate inquiries, both of which were met with promises to investigate, but no concrete resolution or timeframe for the exchange has been provided. This lack of communication and delayed resolution constitutes extremely poor customer service from Makro.

I’ve been trying to purchase a flight ticket on flysafair, but it keeps failing and the error clearly says “RCSUNSUCCESSFULRESPONSE” Nobody knows what is going on? No one is able to assist me and it’s been 2 days? They say it’s Flysafairs and then Flysafair says it’s RCS fault and no body knows what is going on? I have been calling back and forth for two whole days with no assistance and being made a fool on both ends like I know what is going on? This is your system, you should know why it says RCSUNSUCCESSFULRESPONSE. RCS then proceeds to inform me that flysafair must send me the otp? But I am buying from them and it clearly says you “rcs self service web otp or wicode” and those are not working? And then RCS also says I’m not registered on the self service app but I am How else will I be able to login and get my wicode or otp?
I’ve been attempting to pay for my flight booking first I tried with RCS and it didn’t go through, then flysafair said it’s not their fault it’s RCS and no one knows what’s going on so I now tried with my normal Cheque card and still there is an issue? So obviously it is Flysafair fault and they have been making me look stupid calling back and forth when the issue is with their system
Last week friday i called standard bank requesting a confirmation email/letter that states i have changed my card to the current card i have in order to receive a refund. The lady on the call took my details and informed me she would send it and i havent received anything? i have been waiting on call now for someone to answer for the past 20 minutes?
Suddenly budget insurance is deducting 2 totally new debit orders from my account? i didn't even receive any emails or reason as to why? i try to contact them on all their listed numbers to cancel my plans now (because deduction money from my account without any communication is scam behavior) and none of their phone lines exist? please don't get an insurance with them.
