Rude receptionist

I being a patient at Dr moosa for long now and I think he should consider taking his receptionist for customer service becouse I get so upset when a person treat you like trash, it doesn't take even 30 minutes to acknowledge a person or interacting with customers and she is being long in the industry to know how to treat people becouse we all have our bad sides and we sure won't be nice to display it in pablic
