Very rude receptionist
I love the doctors, their service is great, professional and too understanding. They really look after their patients. The only problem is one of the receptionists. She is very rude and doesn't pick up the phone. She speak with patients as if she's the Chief doctor of that surgery.

Very rude receptionist

Rude receptionist
I being a patient at Dr moosa for long now and I think he should consider taking his receptionist for customer service becouse I get so upset when a person treat you like trash, it doesn't take even 30 minutes to acknowledge a person or interacting with customers and she is being long in the industry to know how to treat people becouse we all have our bad sides and we sure won't be nice to display it in pablic

Rude receptionist
I being a patient at Dr moosa for long now and I think he should consider taking his receptionist for customer service becouse I get so upset when a person treat you like trash, it doesn't take even 30 minutes to acknowledge a person or interacting with customers and she is being long in the industry to know how to treat people becouse we all have our bad sides and we sure won't be nice to display it in pablic

Treated like trash
I am so angry, hurt, upset and a very sick patient, yesterday on the 3rd th February 2020, I was feeling very sick, my feet were swollen very bad and my temperature was high, I left work in a hurry to get to the Doctor, on my way there I started vomiting non stop, when I go to the Doctor I found 2 receptionists, they told me very rude that they are closed even though the Doctor was still there, I begged them to please allow me, they didn't care. Today on the 4th February 2020, I came back the very same rude heartless receptionists told me that they are closed already and this time I came early, when I begged them again to let me see the Doctor, the dark one who thinks she owns the world took one look at me and said that is the problem and ignored me, I said down to try to understand what's happening, they started laughing at me and gossiping about me. My husband took me to Lenmed as he could see I am not well, I was treated like trash by the 2 receptionists, I guess a person must die first to be allowed to see the Doctor. I think the Doctor must check first who they hire, those ladies don't care about patients they don't know, they only care about their friends, Dr Moosa please do something please

Treated like trash

RUDE RECEPTIONIST
I am very disappointed in the way the receptionist at Dr Moosa’s practice treats patients. It was my 1st time visiting the the practice and the receptionist was super rude and has no clue what customer service is. I could see there Dr and decided to leave based on my interaction with her & apparently she is always rude to patients that go there.
