I have been with moja prepaid for over 4 years and the customer service level is 0 they are not considerate, I did a debit order payment for 399 and to my surprise it was not debit, I went to their website to set it up again yesterday 399 gone but I’m still not connected, they don’t have a number to call only WhatsApp number the person I was chatting with clearly has no idea what they talking about they not giving clear answers and they have -1 customer service the only thing he/she says they only received the communication today of price increase asked why was I not informed and why did the 399 debit go off, they saying it won’t go through yet it did yesterday, asked if communication was sent out today why must I be affected because I paid yesterday…they don’t know poor customer care the old information is still available online and active yet they say there’s changes 😡
Moja Prepaid’s customer service and their WhatsApp chat line is very poor, been complaining with being disconnected yet I’ve paid for their service and they simply don’t care about their customer they can’t even apologise for the inconvenience caused. When you call sometimes they answer and when they do it’s as if they are in their backyards with people chatting in the background, there’s no professionalism with them they ask you questions that are suppose to be asked by you. You set up a debit with them but they still disconnect and they don’t even compensate the days you lost. Very poor customer service.
The receptionist by the name Thembi Munyele is so rude she has no respect for patients.
