Bad service and attitude

I visited this doctor to aks him about my mum results which they call to say so I went to see him personally he came to the door and stood there and I asked him could I please talk to him 2 minutes of his time point Blank he refused. Now I'm with my mother who is unwell can't breathe and I don't know what to do. He has been our family doctor for many years we gave him support but today 2 minutes of his time he turned me down. To help my mum.
