The worst insurance company to deal with don't put your life in they hands After being a loyal member of OnePlan for over 12 years, my family is extremely disappointed in how our recent claim has been handled. My dad was hospitalised with acute kidney injury caused by an obstruction. When we needed support the most, we were informed that our dread disease claim would not be paid, based on an interpretation we strongly dispute. This has placed enormous emotional and financial stress on our family during an already traumatic time. We are currently engaging OnePlan through formal channels and requesting a written explanation and review of the decision. We believe long-standing members deserve fairness, transparency and compassionate treatment when facing serious medical events. I am sharing this so others understand the importance of reading policy wording carefully and ensuring you fully understand what is and is not covered.
The consultant Was extremely helpful and they answered the call within minutes
My advice to anyone please do not let this company to finance your vehicle that are very rude no help whatsoever. bad service
Good morning standard bank insurance are the worst to deal with as a service provider. They asked me as a service provider to attend to one of they client after hours. I then responded and help they client and fix the client's motor at night. I gave them 24 hours to do my payment and up until date my money was not paid. I am getting my legal team to address this matter.
The service from absa is very bad they put me on the credit bureau for a payment that was late of 3 days and now this as made me be a bad person on the credit bureau.I called and asked then if they could help the lady had a bad attitude with me.
Today I called mfc I was put through the credit manager who was so rude to me didn't want to help me. I am a client of MFC and the service I received was very disappointing. This person must be taking up because without us the customer he won't have a job.
Hi my name is Jerome chetty I visited a brunch of FNB I app**** for a personal loan but everytime my my application gets declined and I was trying to query because I have previous cases with the FNB trying to resolve this matter I was dealing with a lady called Melisha Singh from FNB head office Durban kzn she was contacted from the branch that I attended today 15/06/2023 13:50pm and the consultant called her from the iPad that is given by f n b to their staffs and it was on loudspeaker and I'm the client was sitting in front of the consultant and Melisha Singh speaks bad about me as a client calls me a bad client I need this to be taken up with immediate effect and the call recording that was made to her. I want the senior managers of FNB to look into this and I am opening up a case of defamation of character against the staff of FNB.
Very bad service I tried calling this company for the past 2 weeks I never got though to anyone I wonder if anyone is still working at this place or it's closed down.
This credit bureau treat consumers as if they doing us a favour to help us. I had paid up my account and I called in to tell them to please update the status because the company that I had paid up letter for ask them to remove it and they didn't help me out.
This is the worst company to ever take up a loan they lie to customers and they customer care manager only contradicts what she says. They have put my family on hold because they have unlawfully put me into arrears without notice which is against the consumer act. I HEREBY REQUEST ALL CONSUMERS TO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. My case as been referred to the credit ombudsman for further investigation. This will be going on all social media I have all the information required to get this case going with voice recordings.
