The service here is a bit poor. Firstly, they lie and say a doctor is fully booked - when that’s not particularly the case. I was waiting to see another doctor when I preferred seeing Hira, and i was told he is fully booked with no walk in availability. I get here and i hear a different story being told to a different patient. Why lie? Or if it’s subject to anything, why not disclose that? Additionally, what’s the point of booking an appointment if i will still have to wait for everyone else before i can get assistance? If I communicate that I am 3 minutes behind time and enquire if i will have to queue behind everyone else, why tell me “NO YOU WONT HAVE TO - I WILL INFORM THE DOCTOR” when that’s not the case? Lastly, why must patients call a practice 2 times before the call can be answered? There’s too many inconsistencies at this practice and it’s not pleasant, especially to the client. Please, do better and realign as a practice. As a long term patient? I’m not pleased with the conduct of the practice and it’s seemingly deteriorating by the minute. Please do better.
