A very caring and compassionate doctor, who gives hope and goes out his way to help others. He is patient, helpful and accommodating.

My three year old son was admitted at Life Anncron Hospital the evening of 1st January 2016 with a knee injury. Dr Visser was reffered by the hospital as an Orthopeadic Surgeon to render medical treatment to my son. Dr Visser checked my son on the 2nd , he never came on the 3rd, on the 4th I asked the nurses to phone him and they informed me that at his surgery they told them that he was on holiday, later the nurses said he is not on holiday but too busy. The nurse gave me a discharge note that was made by the casualty Dr. My son was discharged without a medical examination from the Orthopedic Surgeon, I insisted that the casualty dr come to see me because I wanted a medical note also as my son was supposed to start preschool on 4 January. I am very dissatisfied with Dr Visser, I feel that it was very unethical for him to just stay away from a patient without any follow up, is it maybe because my son is black? The casualty dr said I should take my son to Dr Visser for review but how can I after he vanished without saying a word regarding my sons progress. If I did not ask the nurses to phone him, I would still be stuck in hospital
