Worst customers service

I went to McDonald's in Rissik street Johannesburg today , had the worst service from a girl named Nombuso Khanyile , she straight ignored me while I was waiting in the queue even her colleagues told her theres a customer she told them I was busy speaking to her colleague and didn't want to assist me , her supervisor had to come and assist me the supervisors name is Tryphina , she was very pleasant even apologised on that girls behalf every team member apologised except that girl , please McDonald's do not hire these type of employees who don't need jobs , she honestly doesn't need this job , I really need her to be dealt with , pathetic behavior indeed
