Worst customers service
I went to McDonald's in Rissik street Johannesburg today , had the worst service from a girl named Nombuso Khanyile , she straight ignored me while I was waiting in the queue even her colleagues told her theres a customer she told them I was busy speaking to her colleague and didn't want to assist me , her supervisor had to come and assist me the supervisors name is Tryphina , she was very pleasant even apologised on that girls behalf every team member apologised except that girl , please McDonald's do not hire these type of employees who don't need jobs , she honestly doesn't need this job , I really need her to be dealt with , pathetic behavior indeed Regards Futhi

Poor communication hand over account wothout propper communication
I was contacted by an attorney this week for an account dated back to 2016 that was not paid by my medical aid. One consultation and one prescription. Never knew doctors charge seperately for prescriptions? My email address was wrong, they left out a digit and therefor I never got any notifications from them. Nothing prevented them to phone me but perhaps it is too expensive so to rmail instead seems cheaper I suppose. Nevertheless my account of R500 and few odd cents are now over R1600. Hope you are happy doctor as you have lost a family that will never go back to you. Bad business practise. Take your R100 a month as you can now wait for your money!!! #onlyaftermoney #nohumanrelations #hopeyouarehappynow
