Absolutely zero people skills. Zero empathy. Zero compassion. Zero attention to detail. Zero remorse. Zero professionalism. Zero respect. Zero pride. This place is just any pet's worse nightmare !! And the weird thing about them, when granting them an opportunity to answer questions about their wrong doings, they just simply ignore you... Pootpraktyk, um, what a **** reality of what they are actually doing and what they are about, etc. This is definitely not the true reflection of who they are. But justice will always prevail. Remember this Valley Farm Animal Hospital !! Remember this...

I had a 1st time experience with Netcare911 - and not a pleasant one to say the very least. The paramedics were very rude and asked me what I want them to to - if I want them to take my son to hospital or what? My son had 2 x seizure's and this was my 1st time experience with this, I was in total shock and do not have any previous experience with what to do or what to expect etc. They also did not stabilize him and therefore according to a nurse in hospital it might be the reason for his 3rd seizure that took place in hospital. They were not caring or supportive in any way. And this type of job is a calling, there is certain characteristics that is of upmost importance but I could not see any of this to exist. Will not recommend Netcare and will not use ever again in the future. To the paramedics on call that night, - shame on you! And please consider another profession as this is not for you!!!!
I had internet connection for almost 6 months. Then suddenly I no longer had coverage in my area. Still took my money per debit order for the month in advance. Surely they knew that specific areas won't be having coverage any longer? Did not receive any notifications or alternative options or anything... When I called them to investigate why I have no connection, I was informed that they already know last year that certain areas coverage will be discontinued. Yet, still they took on my business... Took another amount from my account after I confronted them with my zero coverage. Not happy at all with them! To say the least.
Store refuse refunds and assistance on faulty expensive items. Returned a faulty drone within 7 days but was refused a refund. No where in store is it stating no refunds and also not on the till slip. How can this be good and fair business practice? Don't buy and support this store. They just want your money, no after service after they took your money!
By 13 year old son's wallet got stolen in his birthday and R800 was lost with bank cards etc. He had to complete a receipt after exchanging a speaker he bought there. After realising his wallet got stolen we went back asked for gelp and retrival of footage. The manager was so proud of himself to be able to inform us that there is no cctv in the store! Hi also informed me that my son never came into the store with his wallet!!!! His original receipts was in his wallet and without presenting this no exchange would be granted. Incredible Connection retrieved footage as they went there straight after Musica. No wallet was seen in my son's hands. I can not say who took it but based on actions I have a fairly good idea. Will never support this outlet of Musica ever again!!!!
I was contacted by an attorney this week for an account dated back to 2016 that was not paid by my medical aid. One consultation and one prescription. Never knew doctors charge seperately for prescriptions? My email address was wrong, they left out a digit and therefor I never got any notifications from them. Nothing prevented them to phone me but perhaps it is too expensive so to rmail instead seems cheaper I suppose. Nevertheless my account of R500 and few odd cents are now over R1600. Hope you are happy doctor as you have lost a family that will never go back to you. Bad business practise. For the last 2 months I noticed penalties on my account statement for so called "locked gate" and "no access". I then started to investigate. To my shock I discovered that no true readings are ever done. My gate in the garden is never ever locked, thus free access. My garden meter is estimated more than double than the actual reading. What does Hendrik Deetlefs from impact say about this? No credit will be done and that the reading must caught up with their estimated reading. I DO NOT USE MY GARDEN TAB WHICH PART OF THIS DONT YOU UNDERSTAND. IT WIL THUS NEVER CAUGHT UP!!! I am so sick of incomponent people managing accounts etc. No people s****s. Monopoly group. Not wanting to solve the problem or assist in solving the issue. You disguist me Hendri****
My 15year old son bought a cat collar and it was too big, he bought this on his own with his pocket money. The lady that assisted him never mentioned anyhing about no refunds she said that if it doesn't fit he can exchange it. I went in with him when he wanted to exchange the collar for a smaller size. They could not assis us as there was no smaller sizes. When I told the assistan that in that case we would like to have a refund if they cant assist us, she then point to the "no refunds" sign. I was shocked. What is this??? Isn't it even legal not to allow refunds? And surely there must be an exception to this funny silly rule???? If the store can not assist with the right size who's problem is this??? Must the big collar just layin a drawer??? Our cat won't grow into this collar. I am disguisted and will never buy from this store again. I want the money my son spent back, and surely there must be a consumer law that can assist with this?? #vetmartmustfall
