Misleading consultation fees!!!

My wife had an appointment with Dr Melinda Aesthetics on the 19th January 2024. They have send the pricelist via whatsapp before the consultation.

On the pricelist is clearly states the following: 5min colsultation fee R1000 5min-60min colsultation fee R3000 Also in red: "15% VAT will be added to all procuderes"

When leaving the colsultation room for paying, the concultation fee was suddenly R1150. Their explanation was that they add 15% VAT to the consultation. Surely clients dont look and just pay.

BE AWARE: Think twice as they add fees to their consultation fees. (Will not know where else). And they do not tell you of this.
