Misleading consultation fees!!!

I had an appointment with Dr Melinda Aesthetics on the 19th January 2024. They have send the price list via whats-app before the consultation.

On the price list is clearly states the following: 5min consultation fee R1000 AND 6min-60min consultation fee R3000 (No Vat added as advertised). Also in red: "15% VAT will be added to all procedures" ONLY. When leaving the consultation room to pay for the consultation, the fee was suddenly R1150.

Their explanation was that they add 15% VAT to the consultation after the price list CLEARLY states 15% VAT is only on procedures. Surely clients don't look and just pay.

BE AWARE: Think twice making use of their services as they add fees to their consultation fees. And they do not tell you this.
