Panic attack after Dr's visit!

1 star is already too much for her...

We had an absolutely horrible experience at our 2nd pregnancy scan at 23w that left me in tears as I left the practice, followed by a full-on panic attack at the though of having to see her again. Sadly, we shouldn't have gone back after the 1st visit, when she already made us feel uncomfortable and stated that all babies look like little "Ethiopians" in the 4D-scanning.

-She didn't appear to recall anything that we discussed in our 1st visit to her just 6 weeks prior (in spite of having my file in front of her). This made us feel stupid for asking questions about things that were NB and raised previously, and as if we were trying to be the Dr (further followed by a snarky comment "I hate to break it to you, but there's no easy way for this baby to come out"). -She had her phone on loud and proceeded to answer a call and didn't even apologise/excuse herself from doing so - yes I get that emergencies happen, but when other patients are paying for your time, you should at least have the common courtesy to say "Sorry guys, but I really need to take this". -She needed to do an internal scan on me to check something and was SO rough then abruptly says to me "Why does it hurt so much?", after I had already alluded to her to please be gentle (she doesn't know my FULL history or what may have happened to me in the past). -She is impossible to connect with, dismissive, unsympathetic, has zero bedside manner - I honestly don't know why she became a Dr.

Being pregnant is such a special, happy time and she completely ruined that for us. PLEASE DON'T GO TO THIS DR!!!
