Waste of time

Service delivery in this industry is getting worse. Wasted about three hours going back and forth to this surgery of Dr Misra. Never got to see this doctor but what a bad attitude his staff has. The coloured lady ignored me standing there when I wanted to inform them that I am unable to wait any longer. She told me its not her job to speak to the other lady who did not even apologise for keeping me so long. Pathetic service.
