No reception
I think this is the 3rd complaint irt to me not having any reception on a certain channels that I am paying for. Its almost a month now and the second time the problem has resurfaced. Previously did not have reception for 3 months but never got credited for it. Been speaking to Chanwill but the response I am getting is slow and unreliable. Alot of apologies but no action coming from DSTV. I think the service is so pathetic that I am seriously considering cancelling my subscription. I am paying for a service that I am not getting....

No service
Lodged complaint the other day about E32 error on TV. A few channels are not displaying....Shanwill from your HP division called reassuring me that my problem will be escalated and said he will call me next day. Inital call logged on the 27.02.2023. Problem started on the 24.02.2023. Today 03.03.2023, still no response/feedback. DSTV come one.....

I called their call centre and holding on for over 20 minutes and call is not picked up. If you do answer these complaints my cell number is 0845854387. Please call me. I require a copy of my RA.

NO SIGNAL FOR CHANNEL 107 AND 194
As of the 24.02.2023, I once again lost signal for 2 channels. I have an E32 for channels 107 and 194. Its the second time I am experiencing this problem. Previously DSTV did restore the channels but the problem has resurfaced.

Thank you Dstv for restoring my channels 107 161 and 194. After no service of 3 months complaining to you about non delivery my channels were restored. Thank you. Looking forward to my refund.

No signal
Hello, This platform unfortunately will be used going forward to speak to a representative from DSTV. The two previous consultants don't want to share their contact details. I still do not have access to channels 194, 107 and 161. Its now gone over 2 months and DSTV tried once to rectify the problem. These channels did come on for about 3 hours and then E48-32 re appeared again. I am literally fed up now and ready to cancel my subscriptions.

Scam artist. Lady anneline sounds authentic but beware she is a thief. She received my deposit of R1500 and was demanding R8100 from me for delivery. Please don't do business with her.

No signal
I did previously complain about no reception for channels 107 161 and 194. A lady called me but the number she called from does not accept calls and she did not leave me her contact details. Can the lady please call me back. I still am not receiving any reception. Those 3 channels came on the 03.08.2022 for 4 hours and then it went back to E48.32

Using this platform as there is no way to get in contact with this company. their call centre has staff working from home and so they decide as to who they want to talk to. Pending issues on credit from May 2020. They are arrogant in their approach to assist me even though I am asking for an invoice to pay them. Lost a cylinder and informed them in May to charge me for cylinder but they instead continuing to charge me rent on this lost cylinder. After 10 years of paying rent I got to pay the full price on the cylinder that is lost. What daylight robbery. There is no management even available to complain only the incompetent staff in the call centre

Coastal Core plan of Discovery is really a waste of money. If you looking for a medical aid this is not the plan you should take. In a matter of two days claims from two different doctors were rejected by them. When asked why, I am told that the first rejection was that the podiatrist took 45 mins for consultation. They only pay for 30 mins. Second rejection: I am entitled to 3 GP consults if my savings account is exhausted. I have only used 1 but the 2nd one they refused to pay. Said that this GP is not on the day to day extender programme. I am not aware of this programme. Consultant Kersh (chronics) for the 1st claim was very arrogant with me and as for the second claim consultant Amphiwe took a stance of silence and refused to speak to me, so I had to put the phone down. Discovery you applying conditions to your claims without informing your members. This is not acceptable.
