Bad practice habits and confidentiality

I fell down the stairs and fractured a bone on my left foot. At the same time I also had gastro . I visited the doctor on 21st and was treated rather well but doctor advised that I return the following day for a 'special bandage ' . The 22nd being Friday and day for attending Mosque doctor was pressed for time as his day starts at 11 . I was ushered into a room where he does his reports and another patient was in room adjacent . He handed ' special bandage ' to his receptionist while he attended to the other patient . I could hear all that took place between the doctor and the patient while the receptionist was attending to me . 'Special bandage ' turned out to be a ankle guard which was fitted on to my foot where the receptionist had to cut 2 ice cream sticks tape it onto the guard inside and outside . I was advised to not put too much pressure on my foot and promptly dismissed .
