Torn packet and short itemed

I purchased 2 packets of Dr. Oetker Ital Pizza Minis at our Pick 'n Pay in Piet Retief over the weekend of the 2nd July. This morning when I opened the Spare Rib & Bacon packet, I was shocked to find that one of the mini pizzas were torn off, and taken from one of the inner packets.

This is completely unexpectable, as you pay quite a price for a packet.

Unfortunately there is no option of attaching a photo to this review, as I would have liked to attach the pictures I took of the batch number, the torn packet, and how the packet should look like when it's sealed.
