I actually have this doctor a second chance with the assumption that the first time she did not honor an appointment was due to her handling an emergency. Little did I know that she genuinely doesn't value anyone's time. This is a first come first serve Dr. Don't bother getting an appointment. A complete waste of my time. I waited 20 minutes after my appointment was supposed to start and then left. Horrible service from the receptionist, their excuse was that she was running late with appointments. No apology or rescheduling prior to your arrival. After reading all these reviews I'm glad I left.
