Horrible experience

I sought psychiatric support for documented mobility limitations, knee injury, and a history of traumatic brain injury. Instead of addressing these concerns, the psychiatrist dismissed them and made demeaning comments about my weight, suggesting I “lose weight so I can fit through” and use stairs I am medically restricted from using.

His tone was condescending and humiliating, and my disabilities were trivialised rather than taken seriously. When I ended the the****utic relationship due to this conduct, he initially refused to issue my prescription, only doing so after I insisted.

This experience was unprofessional and lacking in basic disability awareness and compassion. Patients with complex medical or trauma-related needs would be better served elsewhere
