Horrible experience
I sought psychiatric support for documented mobility limitations, knee injury, and a history of traumatic brain injury. Instead of addressing these concerns, the psychiatrist dismissed them and made demeaning comments about my weight, suggesting I “lose weight so I can fit through” and use stairs I am medically restricted from using. His tone was condescending and humiliating, and my disabilities were trivialised rather than taken seriously. When I ended the the****utic relationship due to this conduct, he initially refused to issue my prescription, only doing so after I insisted. This experience was unprofessional and lacking in basic disability awareness and compassion. Patients with complex medical or trauma-related needs would be better served elsewhere

A definite "NO" for My Debt Hero
Dear All, I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to bring to your attention my recent experience with My Debt Hero. Unfortunately, their services have had a detrimental impact on my financial situation. Upon signing up for debt review with them in May, I was swiftly prompted to electronically sign the contract without a thorough explanation. To my dismay, not only have they failed to deliver on their promises but also provided little to no communication regarding the delays in distributing payments to creditors. Despite being refunded for June without explanation, the process has stagnated since then, causing significant distress as creditors continue to contact me due to non-payment. Regrettably, the substantial fee of over R18000 paid to My Debt Hero has not yielded any tangible results or relief. Therefore, based on my unsatisfactory experience, I strongly advise against considering My Debt Hero for debt review services. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
