Day light robbery

I was last week at dr rossouws office to get a stitch on my son's head... Paid R750.00 and told me i need to bring him back in a weeks time to take out the stitches... Now a week later they tell me i must pay another R450.00 to take out the stiches... That is day light robbery i will never ever go back there
