I know we need essential services from doctors, but we they charge you for something when no service was rendered, we have a problem. Not normally one that checks my statement in detail, I notice that I have been charged a full consultation when I was just collecting a letter as instructed by the doctor prior to my previous visit the day before. I send the head doctor a email to address my problem, it's been a week and no response from anyone. I feel robbed and not angry as this might happen again and again everytime I visit. Time to change my doctor.
