Dont purchase Dr Scholl product if you expect after sales service

Complained about a Dr Scholl callus remover purchased a while ago. Used it twice and hadn't used it again until recently as it is not something you use that often. When I switched it on it ran for a few seconds and then stopped completely. I submitted a complaint via dr Scholl's website and to date no response, not even an acknowledgement of receipt of my complaint. Absolutely pathetic. I used to think it was a very prestige brand but have lost all respect for the company
