Demeaning and arrogance of staff at radiology practice

I have been to this radiology practice once before, and was treated with both disrespect, arrogance and rudeness. I did raise my concerns with the radiographer who assured me I was not the only one who has had this experience but told me nothing was ever done to rectify this. Today, I called and then visited the practice, unfortunately nothing much has changed, the receptionist is still rude and arrogant. My advise would be to find a friendlier and more efficient radiology practice that does mammograms and bone density tests as this practice will make you feel as if they are doing you a big favour and will probably upset you when you are vulnerable.
