Nedbank has compromised systems and are not informing clients, your internet banking is being suspended and information that only Nedbank is privy to is available to *****sters who call you! Why is Nedbank not taking steps to protect data or assist clients, they always play a blame game ! Pathetic service and zero accountability, tread with caution when dealing with Nedbank
The Discovery Health Website and App is not user friendly or designed for the pensioner base or aged members who may not have access to an email/cellphone. It is unable to assist you who helps parents and relatives due to the fact that you are a member as their systems cannot accommodate your profile as a third party contact for the resetting of a username and or password ! Truly pathetic lack of service for the aged members of society !
I have been on the Executive Option since its introduction, and was pleased with the new ART benefit. Today after chatting to 2 consultants at the Scheme I was irate to learn that the benefit will not fund your own embryo transfer above the age of 42. They will fund the procedure for you to eventually end up with embryos at age 42, then when you want to transfer the embryos at age 43, you are declined and told only donor embryos are paid for ! The details of this benefit definitely have not been thought through thoroughly....Extremely poor research and development from the actuaries and developers who are supposedly among the best in the industry !
This business is truly a zero with regards to service. There “WhatsApp” customer line does not work efficiently, you get transferred from department to department and still no resolution. I have been waiting 2 months for my router. I initiated communication with them in May. They are very quick to debit my account for services which I cannot access wi the out a router…..pathetic, disgusting and unacceptable
I am horrified at the unethical rules that vitality travel has imposed to clients who do not wish to have a discovery bank credit card or discovery bank account that attracts fees. The zero fee account is only available to you if you have never been a discovery credit card holder, if you closed your account due to wanting to practice good financial behaviour, you are penalised. The travel benefits will not be available to you until such time that you open a "fee"account. How unethical and misleading, so pay for vitality and to access a reward you have to pay again....so much for honesty and integrity and fairness....not worth the paper it is written on....or is this just another way of locking in clients and forcing them onto your banking product ! pathetic and disgusting !
This unethical telesales company forced me to upgrade a vodacom contract while giving me certain assurances. Upon realising that the assurances were false and that the router i was forced to accept is not going to be of any value, i attempted to contact both Rewardsco on their number listed on their website and also tried to complain to Vodacom. Unfortunately no one is able to provide me with an answer or come to fetch the router....i am now stuck with additional charges for services i am unable to use....
I would never ever recommend this company in Pietermaritzburg to anyone. The husband and wife team of Craig and Vanessa did a horrible job on my parents roof, they guaranteed the workmanship but were not willing to accept feedback after the first storm. They never answered calls and eventually blocked our numbers. They were good at manipulating us into giving them payments upfront and even said they needed money for a funeral as their funds were tied up, it is heartbreaking that my parents who are pensioners are now left attempting to use more of their funds to redo the mess that CC Waterproofing created with their unskilled labourers. I would never ever recommend them to anyone ever.
I have been to this radiology practice once before, and was treated with both disrespect, arrogance and rudeness. I did raise my concerns with the radiographer who assured me I was not the only one who has had this experience but told me nothing was ever done to rectify this. Today, I called and then visited the practice, unfortunately nothing much has changed, the receptionist is still rude and arrogant. My advise would be to find a friendlier and more efficient radiology practice that does mammograms and bone density tests as this practice will make you feel as if they are doing you a big favour and will probably upset you when you are vulnerable. Steer clear and of their practice at Sunninghill and visit another facility…
Today I made attempts to contact Discovery Health, as I had 2 packages of medication delivered to my home. I do not use Med Xpress, I don’t share the surname or address of the intended recipient. The recipient name, surname and cell phone number was printed on the package so I eventually called and she will fetch her medication. So much for protecting the personal information… I don’t know if there was an outsourced courier was but I could not contact Discovery. I have been trying to contact them for weeks to reconcile claims but the call drops or you get transferred to an incorrect department and the email address goes into a big black hole ! I am horrified at how the service levels have dropped and I have no idea what sort of MBR’s are being reported to management but as a client if I could rate a zero I definitely would….
My husband and I braved the rain yesterday afternoon to visit the Incredible Connection Store at Gateway in Umhlanga. We were horrified, disgusted not to mentioned disappointed at the service, which was non existent. CCTV footage will show my husband walking around the store for almost half an hour, with no one attending to him. We decided to voice our concerns to the manager upon leaving, he was unapologetic and advised us that there were only 2 staff for their whole store, and he was too busy checking his mail to attend to anyone. We left and told him that Incredible Connection in Pietermaritzburg and Woodmead have great staff and service their clients well. We have spent a lot of money at this store over the past 2 years and will think twice before supporting this brand again ! The Gateway Store leaves much to be desired !
