Horrible Service from reception/switchboard

The switchboard/reception at the Glenfair Intercare is absolutely pathetic and rude. Firstly I have been put through to everyone else then my doctor. I called back and I am now on hold for more than 10 minutes. This is so ridiculous just to speak to my doctor to get an updated script. I asked for my doctors direct line and this was refused. Not even a single apology from switchboard or reception!
