DO YOURSELF THE FAVOUR AND CHECK THE “POSITIVE” REVIEWS — ALL POSTED ON THE SAME DAY, ONLY SECONDS OR MINUTES APART.
I have asked the RXME Group multiple times over the last three months to provide their documentation, licensing numbers, and proof that their products are compliant with South African regulations. To date, I have received no proof. Communication is extremely poor. Dr Tommie repeatedly promises to phone, WhatsApp or follow up — and then disappears for weeks. The moment I ask anything “difficult” or request formal proof, I am ignored again. This pattern has repeated itself with more than one doctor within their group. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. Doctors are supposed to have an ethical obligation to their patients — if these are in fact legitimate, registered doctors. I am still waiting for clear evidence that the “medicine” being provided is approved by SAHPRA, as required for any product of this nature. Until RXME can provide transparent documentation, registration numbers, and regulatory proof, I strongly advise others to proceed with caution.

Health and weight loss
Ek het 27kg verloor in 11 weke. Dis n bonus want ek het so gesukkel om asem te haal en kon amper niks vir myself doen nie. Nou het ek al begin stap. My asemhaling het soveel verbeter. Ek slaap beter ek voel soos n nuwe mens. Ek sien weer kans vir die lewe. Was vir die eerste keer in jare weer by n familie byeenkoms en hulle gese hulle kan sommer hoor hoe ek beter asem haal en ek lyk goed. Die ondersteuning wat ons kry van die span drs en susters en dieet kundiges is ongelooflik. Ek is nie eendag spyt ek het begin nie. Hierdie journey het my lewe verander en eks ewig dankbaar aan die mense van Dr Smook en Huge wat se praktyk deur Rxme bestuur word. Julle is my heros. Baie baie dankie

I cannot recommend Dr. Smook & Hugo highly enough!

I started my journey with Drs. Smook & Hugo Inc. Managed by RXME in early December 2024. What a fantastic team! They have truly changed my life. The professional support from the team is incredible. Any simple question or uncer*****y I had was promptly addressed, leaving no doubt in my mind. The portal they opened provides a wealth of information, which has helped me tremendously in understanding healthier eating options. Die rxme span is een van die spanne. Van admin tot dokter almal van hulle. Eks nou n maand op die inspuitings en voor ek eers begin het was ek gestuur vir bloedtoetse en toe word ek die regte inspuitings gestuur. Dis definitely ni net weightloss ni maar n hele verandering van ju mental health na jou gesondheid en jou self love.. Ek sal vir enige iemand aan beveel om deur dr smook and hugo te werk. Maak nie saak watse tyd of dag ni hulle is altyd beskikbaar om jou te help.

Maak nie saak watse tyd of dag ni hulle is altyd beskikbaar om jou te help.

Best experience of my life !
I thought this is just a product, as I have been trying so many different products before but boy was I wrong. Blood tests was taken and scrutinized before any medicine was prescribed. Individual prescriptions are done as per your current situation. A sister is assigned to you full time to monitor your health during the period and then you also have full access to a team of doctors and dietitians to assist with meal plans and any information on nutrition. And lastly the portal contains all the information and questions that you can even think of. There is definitely not a practice like this anywhere in South Africa and I thank God every day that they found me. I am a new person with new hopes and a new healthier life ahead of me ! Thank you thank you thank you ‘

Brilliant Dr's, nurses and dieticians as well as the RXME team that manages the practice. Support and care is 100% Every patient matters to them. They change lifes. The team and Dr's are with you every step of your healing and weight loss journey. Motivates you and assist you with all your questions. This product has changed my life incredibly. Health and weight. I no longer have Cronic body pain in just 12weeks. Absolutely life changing and incredible product.
