Bad client service

<p>My grandmother was referred to Dr Thomas after a consultation with a GP at Union Hospital. On the day on the consultation all was well,the problem started when my aunt went to collect the result from histology that Dr Thomas had taken,to my dissatisfaction he ddnt even explain the results to my aunt but instead gave the results to his admin clerk to give to my,I felt it was very wrong because the admin clerk is not a health professional and how does she know how to interprete results.Since Dr Thomas had taken the tests he was obliged by the law n other disciplines to be one interpreting.</p> <p>I'm.disappointed and to think he's my gynaecologist,it's just not acceptable. </p>
