Beautiful restaurant with a beautiful view food not that enticing but now my issue is that they have included the 10percent tip on the bill and to my understanding a tip is rated on the service offered n shouldn't be an obligation
Beautiful restaurant with a beautiful view food not that enticing but now my issue is that they have included the 10percent tip on the bill and to my understanding a tip is rated on the service offered n shouldn't be an obligation. I wonder if its even legal to force us to tip 10percent regardless. It seems like now we are paying for the staff they hired. I think it's unfair n that tips shouldn't be compulsory. U get bad service n u have to 10percent tip. I doubt I'll ever go there. I'm disappointed. And if it was within the law all restaurants would be doing that but Ceilo and Piato they are just ****s of restaurants.

Greatest experience with Johan
I took in my car for service on the 20 Jan 2023. I have alwys had such a great service but I must say Johan which was my service advisor on that day was incredibly good and very patient. He allayed my anxiety with regards to the many things I had to replace amd advised me on how to do it each at a time. Usually when I'm frustrated my English frustrates me too 🙂 🙂 but shame he would listen n explain very thoroughly. I realy appreciate his kindness,calmness and more than anything his humility. Thank you so much Mr Johan Matthysen for a great experience at Toyota The Glen. You are a very rare gem I must say.

Keneilwe for great business practices
This is to give thumps up to Keneilwe, she is very good with her clients and has a heart of gold. She values her clients opinions and acts on those that need execution. Azania is indeed a gem stone amongst hair salons and its worth visiting. The service very good,staff very friendly,adhere to covid 19 regulations and not forgetting cleanliness. Thank you Azania Hair Boutique so much for a great service and beautiful hair. Not forgetting the hairstylist that gave life to my hairstyle. Ke a Leboha.

Excellent service
Had a great experience with Tumisho a consultant from my way. I had struggled to change my burst tyre with no success as I phoned in he was very polite and helpful as to what happened amd even promised to have my problem sorted in no time. Indeed someone was sent in less than 30 minutes later we got somebody to assist,he was very polite and friendly. Thank you Tumi, u made our Sunday,keep up the good work and keep flying the Miway flag high. Much appreciated.

Noise nuisance
I am.in distress as I write this review,I am a resident of Mayberry Park in Alberton but I have been soooo frustrated with the SA CUISIN BAR N KITCHEN since they partnered with a movement called good fellas,they play music from Thursday 5pm til 4-5 am Friday morning. I have a 9 year old son.that writes a test every Friday morning,he's Stil awake as I write this review which is 21:12 and his caffeur is at 8 pm. They play loud music and do not adhere to the regulations of playing music beyond tje stipulated times. I have reported them.to.the police with no success. Have contacted the ward councillor waiting response and tomorrow.morning I'm.gng to.contact ekurhuleni to assist as the noise is supper unbearable and we are rattled from our children's routine.tl tried to.make contact with the owner but the employees refused to give us the relevant e mail address. Can the owner kindly Google the times as to what time we shouldbt hear his music.

Poor centre management
I recently moves into a new complex next to a shopping centre with poor management. There are people who would come to the shopping centre Park their cars and make such a terrible noise, part of the area has been converted into a residential area. People come with their cars Park there and play loud music till 2300 on a week day,my son would struggle to sleep and that hamperes his concentration at school. According to my knowledge,after a certain time members of the public are not allowed into the shopping centre or Park and just sit and play loud music. Can the management. Address the issue as our kids are suffering due to lack of sleep and that is infringing on their rights to a piece of mind as kids.

Bad attitude
There's a young Zulu speaking lady working at kodak in Alberton city. She has bad customer etiquette... She must just change her attitude and stop disrespecting people or should I say customers. She never responds when she's greeted,she doesn't know how to give information she thinks she's doing us a favour by so doing. When she took that job it's was for her lively hood. Customers that use kodak are from all walks of life and from all professionals and I refuse for her to treat people that bring money to the business to be treated like that. This review is after an incident that happened today with a soccer T shirt of my nephew that needed printing. I'm so disgusted by that ladies attitude.

Refunds
On the 31 January 2018 Ann the lady that used to offer transport services to my son had sent us a message to cease her services with us,the message appeared rude and we saw no necessity for such a message if she wanted to cease her services. On the 30 January 2018 my son made me aware that the transport lady repeatedly kept on saying she'll never set her foot at his school anymore and went on and on,of which was unreasonable, my son is hardly 9 years of age. And my son went to say he felt embarrassed cos the other kids in the shuttle were laughing at him because of the remarks made by the lady. Well I decided to let it slide because I had no business with her anymore,then we requested our refund back as she was the one that dumped us,8 days down the line she hasn't refunded us,she ignores calls my baby daddy and yesterday on the 6 February 18 I found her requesting she speeds up with the refund and she promised to go check and refund. Since then she hasn't responded to my msgs. She doesn't have good etiquette for business. We wer never late with our payments but when she has to refund us it's now a peoblem. All I want is our money so that we can pay the new guy transporting our son.
