DR TSHIKANDA

Dr Tshikanda is the best!! The only issues I encountered was with his two receptionist, Thendo and Lufhuno!!! Today came back to request for an invoice from a short payment made by my medical aid so that the medical aid can pay, I was told I had to pay cash they can't give me an invoice. When initially that was our agreement with the two ladies when I went in last year in November, as they were supposed to send it to me, however, they couldn't at the time as they had an issue with their server. Suddenly things had changed since it was the new year that was the reason. When I called in December I was advised to come in January since my savings had depleted. I went in today, I was told to come back next week for an appointment they have already closed, mind you I'm 36wks and this could be my last appointment. I've noticed that if you are not Tsonga or Venda, they will not treat you accordingly. They only treat Venda and Tsonga speaking people with respect, the rest of us, we can go to hell. I would expect great service since I pay for it, however, I was treated as if I'm in a public facility. My hospital authorization has been approved, however, I am willing to change it last minute with the kind of attitude I received. It's really appalling. Do not mind paying extra by changing doctors last minute!! Lufhuno and Thendo you are a disgrace to Dr Tshikanda's practice.😡😡😡
