Gynaecologist visit
The best Gynaecologist in town, I have been there 3 times with different situations, I got the best services and solutions that I am satisfied and happy patient 💃💃💃💯if you need any kind of help regarding women's health run to Clinix Tshepo Themba, Dr Tshikanda's offices you will come back with a 😊

Gynaecologist visit

DR TSHIKANDA
Dr Tshikanda is the best!! The only issues I encountered was with his two receptionist, Thendo and Lufhuno!!! Today came back to request for an invoice from a short payment made by my medical aid so that the medical aid can pay, I was told I had to pay cash they can't give me an invoice. When initially that was our agreement with the two ladies when I went in last year in November, as they were supposed to send it to me, however, they couldn't at the time as they had an issue with their server. Suddenly things had changed since it was the new year that was the reason. When I called in December I was advised to come in January since my savings had depleted. I went in today, I was told to come back next week for an appointment they have already closed, mind you I'm 36wks and this could be my last appointment. I've noticed that if you are not Tsonga or Venda, they will not treat you accordingly. They only treat Venda and Tsonga speaking people with respect, the rest of us, we can go to hell. I would expect great service since I pay for it, however, I was treated as if I'm in a public facility. My hospital authorization has been approved, however, I am willing to change it last minute with the kind of attitude I received. It's really appalling. Do not mind paying extra by changing doctors last minute!! Lufhuno and Thendo you are a disgrace to Dr Tshikanda's practice.😡😡😡

Such a disappointment!!
So much disappointment with the doctor. He was recommended by a friend. When i called in to make an appointment, they gave me a date and time on which i had to go, then when the date came i went as per our agreement, I got to the hospital at 6:05, only to find that i was number 18 on the list…the doctor came to his consulting room at 9:00…and i left the hospital at 17:00…and when i asked, the receptionists said they work on a “first come first serve” basis. Begs me to ask, what was the use for an appointment? Where is the safety of us as pregnant women?

AN EXPENSIVE PUBLIC CLINIC
It with great disappointment that i had to experience such an inconvenience and terrible service on the 26/08/2021 Thursday morning as a pregnant woman. I had made an appointment 2 weeks prior to consult, i was told to be there at about 6:30 am. I honored my agreement, to my surprise i get there and its full house all the pregnant ladies waiting at the pause area. Like during the COVID-19 pandemic was that safe? Did you even consider the safety measures? and when i enquired, i was told its first come first serve again what was the point of making an appointment are you serious? And the DR is only available from 8 am. On the list i was probably number 28, How possible is it for the DR to properly examine all these patients in a day? That was a super spreader event. What are you running, a public clinic?

Happy mommy
No amount of words can ever be enough to tank Dr Tshikanda for saving my babies life. I had an easy pregnancy throughout because Dr Tshiks is just the best gynae in town and he's so passionate about his job. He's not your typical Dr where you walk in for a check up and go, he'll make sure to explain all there is to know and makes you feel so comfortable to ask questions because he is just so friendly. My pregnancy was smooth with no complications but things just suddenly went wrong when it was time for baby to come, but the trusted Dr Tshiks came to the rescue. Baby and mommy are recovering well. High 5 to you Dr Tshikanda and your team. ???Not forgetting the ladies at reception. Will definately recommend him and I'm coming back for baby number 2, lol.

Happy first time mom
Dr Tshikanda is the best gynae in town, he's very friendly and so is his staff. He makes you comfortable to ask questions if you don't understand anything, but because he's so open and tries to explain the medical terms in simple language that one can find it easy to understand. My pregnancy was smooth thanks to Dr Tshikanda and he made sure that nothing goes wrong. I would recommend him to anyone who plans on starting a family. I will definitely use his services again. High 5 for his 5 star treatment.
