Parcel was never delivered, they said they would reimburse me after 14 - 27 days. its been 3 months and they have started hanging up on my calls.
I purchased yiur Zing Fruit Medley yesterday and consumed it. I almost died sweating and shaking. I had to stop all the way to throw up as i got very weak. Went to the Dr and he confirmed food poisoning. I get to work this morning and i checked your juice if i maybe have allergens, to find that it expired in September already. Called your customer care line and spoke to a lady by the name of Dee Moloi who literally told to sort myself out. Someone get back to me because i am certainly taking this further.
It has been 4 months of a struggle and a terrible service. All my incoming calls are unknown and i have been requesting for assistance since May 2021. All that your agents say is they have referred the matter to the technical team as it is beyond their powers and they close the query in 3 days. I use my number for both business and personal purposes. I have been back and fourth on other social media platforms begging for assistance. MTN what is so difficult from assisting with this? Is it safe for me to receive unknown calls? For business how do i call clients back when i don't have their information? why is my safety and job put on the line? Is it that difficult to assist your own customers? Yes you have a lot of clients and my contributions are probably just a drop in the ocean, but this is no way to handle customer queries. As soon ad you realize that you are paying technicians who cant even get their job right, you will also realize my contributions are not a drop in the ocean at all. FIX THIS.
It with great disappointment that i had to experience such an inconvenience and terrible service on the 26/08/2021 Thursday morning as a pregnant woman. I had made an appointment 2 weeks prior to consult, i was told to be there at about 6:30 am. I honored my agreement, to my surprise i get there and its full house all the pregnant ladies waiting at the pause area. Like during the COVID-19 pandemic was that safe? Did you even consider the safety measures? and when i enquired, i was told its first come first serve again what was the point of making an appointment are you serious? And the DR is only available from 8 am. On the list i was probably number 28, How possible is it for the DR to properly examine all these patients in a day? That was a super spreader event. What are you running, a public clinic?
What a terrible service, i purchased a sauce written peri peri on packaging under the impression that it was hot. I sincerely address the matter with the manufacturer only to be treated as mentally ill consumer. Minnies Food Enterprise Please re-evaluate your consumer relations processes and consider your buyers because wow, you are not even close to understanding what customer care is. Your products are not worth even my cent by the way.
I complained about a bottle of perfume not spraying properly and the service received and a turn around time was amazing. Service received is the kind of service you would expect from the A store.
I am so disappointed, today is the second day being disconnected. I have been disconnected from my network since yesterday the whole day. i called the call center and i was told my account would be reinstated within 24 hours. I could not work all day as i work from home. Today when i call the call center the voice machine says there are technical issues. MTN why are you doing this?
