Treatment and wrong dosages on my medication

Treatment and wrong dosages on my medication I experienced bad attitude and treatment from one if the receptionist in Dr Tumi's practice today. I literally teared up when i got to the consultation room in front of the Dr and I had to explain to her that im not happy with the treatment i got from 1 of her receptionists. There's this short chubby lady with dreadlocks she really gave me a bad attitude i just forgot her name, it's like she didnt wanna help me or even hear me out. I had a follow up appointment with the Dr on the 17.04.2024 from our initial consultation that took place on the 2nd/ 3rd of April not too sure of the date. So afyer the follow up when i got home I picked up that something doesn't add up with the medication that the Dr gave me. I called the office on the 19th April 2024 asking to see a Dr just so that she can clarify for me the medication she gave me. When i got there i was told that the Dr wrote a script for me and she wont be able to see me unless i pay for a consultation. Guys tell me how does a Dr write a script without even hearing why i wanted to see her? I told the lady that im not there to consult though, i just came to ask for clarity in relation to the medication that i was provided with on the 17.04.2024🥺 she still refused. I had to make means to pay for the consultation so that i can see the Dr which I ended up seeing. When i got to the Dr i picked up that they messed up my dosages and I was taking wrong dosages from the get go. From a month ago to be precise. The whole of March I've been taking wrong dosages and half of April 🥺

I dont know how to comprehend this but yeah, the Dr was humble and nice but my overall experience with the receptionist was very bad and the fact that tbey messed up my dosages makes me scared of even trusting them with my life and my condition.
