We bought a kitchen unit in January at Gem furnishers Potchefstroom. They needed to come and assemble it. So they did come and assemble it, but they did half the job and they told us that they will come back to finish everything because they didn't have the right *****s. Until to date ( 12.03.2026), we haven't received any help from them. I have been calling almost every day. The white lady called Alida, it's very rude, very, very rude. When you call, she shouts at you. She drops a call while you are in a conversation with her. She's very unprofessional and ******. So I don't know how to deal with this matter because they are not even promising to come to address the issue at hand, yet they are debiting the installment money every month. I need someone to help me connect with the owner of Gem Furnisher Potchefstroom store or the head office please.
I am extremely disappointed with the lack of clear communication regarding the assembly process for my recent order. I received my delivery on 28 February, and at no point was I informed that I needed to complete a form or schedule the assembly myself. I was initially told that an assembler would come on either Monday the 2nd or Tuesday the 3rd by the team that delivered my item, but this did not happen. It was only after I took it upon myself to follow up that I was informed about a form that needed to be completed in order to request assembly. Had I not made that call, I would not have known that I needed to arrange the assembly separately. This lack of communication has caused unnecessary delays and inconvenience. Clear instructions should be provided at the time of delivery or purchase to prevent situations like this. I hope the company improves its communication processes going forward to avoid frustrating other customers.
writing to express my deep disappointment with a recent experience I had with Bash. I received an item that was delivered in a dirty condition, which is completely unacceptable for a new purchase. I contacted the store the item originated from Totalsports at Festival Mall but unfortunately, they were unable to assist me. I was told that the item was out of stock. This item was a birthday gift for my partner, and it was incredibly disheartening to realize I couldn’t return or exchange it in time. I had no backup plan, and after checking at three other malls near me, I found that none of them had the item in stock either. In the end, I had to wash the item myself something no customer should ever have to do for a new product. This experience has left me extremely discouraged about shopping on Bash again. I expected better quality control and customer support from a platform of their reputation.
I arrived at Jackel creek fish and chips co at 09h00 on the 1st of March waited for 15 minutes outside without being helped. The door was locked. I called to ask them what time are they supposed to be open because google is saying 09h00 the lady who answered the phone said 09h15.If you dont open at 09h00 kindly fix the time on google than because the waiting was very unpleasant
Treatment and wrong dosages on my medication I experienced bad attitude and treatment from one if the receptionist in Dr Tumi's practice today. I literally teared up when i got to the consultation room in front of the Dr and I had to explain to her that im not happy with the treatment i got from 1 of her receptionists. There's this short chubby lady with dreadlocks she really gave me a bad attitude i just forgot her name, it's like she didnt wanna help me or even hear me out. I had a follow up appointment with the Dr on the 17.04.2024 from our initial consultation that took place on the 2nd/ 3rd of April not too sure of the date. So afyer the follow up when i got home I picked up that something doesn't add up with the medication that the Dr gave me. I called the office on the 19th April 2024 asking to see a Dr just so that she can clarify for me the medication she gave me. When i got there i was told that the Dr wrote a script for me and she wont be able to see me unless i pay for a consultation. Guys tell me how does a Dr write a script without even hearing why i wanted to see her? I told the lady that im not there to consult though, i just came to ask for clarity in relation to the medication that i was provided with on the 17.04.2024🥺 she still refused. I had to make means to pay for the consultation so that i can see the Dr which I ended up seeing. When i got to the Dr i picked up that they messed up my dosages and I was taking wrong dosages from the get go. From a month ago to be precise. The whole of March I've been taking wrong dosages and half of April 🥺 I dont know how to comprehend this but yeah, the Dr was humble and nice but my overall experience with the receptionist was very bad and the fact that tbey messed up my dosages makes me scared of even trusting them with my life and my condition.

They have been responding timeously to all my request, their consultants are very friendly and helpful. They render quality service.
The consultant was clear in terms of explaining the package She was patient and stopped for clarity everytime I ddnt understand something She was friendly Her voice was clear and professional
