Dr V Naidoo - Neurologist at Mulbarton Hospital. Husband was under her care for 8 days, many tests were done. Discharged without Any prescription for medication, no feedback for 4 weeks, even after repeated phone calls, emails, even our referring GP tried to obtain what Blood pressure medication was issued during the hospital stay, which was refused. After lodging 2x complaints with Netcare, we finally received an appointment for feedback. One Month later. Still NO Script for Any medication, knowing high BP is prevalent, No note booking him off for the last 4 weeks either. Problems raised, but not forthcoming with any information as to the Cause and only wanting to fast track treatment.
There is Zero professionalism, or care for her patients. Would NEVER recommend her to anyone. If we had been aware of her lack of service, we would never have gone to Mulbarton Hospital.
An aunt of the family just to happened to have been treated by Dr V. Naidoo when she had a mild stroke. Again, more than a year later, Dr Naidoo is yet to release the information of the "'care"' and test, for the aunt to move on with her life. Dr Naidoo had told the aunt her tests were nothing really to worry about, giving no explanation on the cause or treatment of the stroke. Aunt went for physio only to be told, her tests are Absolutely to be addressed immediately to prevent another stroke and to heal.
Rather go to another Neurologist who actually thrives on taking care of Patients and has a passion for their field.
